Terms of Use

What this site is

Diamond Bar Plumbing Experts is an independent information and connection service. It helps visitors in Diamond Bar, CA contact local plumbing providers. It is not a plumbing contractor, does not employ plumbers, does not perform plumbing work, and does not dispatch its own crews. The full explanation is on the About and Disclosure page, which forms part of these terms.

Your relationship with providers

Any plumbing work is arranged and performed by an independent provider, under a separate agreement between you and that provider. Prices, estimates, scheduling, warranties and the quality of work are the provider's responsibility. This site does not set prices, does not take payment for plumbing work, and is not a party to your agreement with a provider. You are responsible for verifying a provider's licence and insurance before work begins, as you would with any contractor you hire.

Information on this site

Content on this site, including service descriptions, cost factors and guides, is general information about plumbing problems and how they are usually handled. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and it is not a quote. Cost discussion on this site describes factors only; any figures shown in guides are published cost-guide ranges provided for orientation, never a price promise. In an emergency that threatens safety, such as a gas smell or major flooding, contact emergency services or your utility first.

Calls and recordings

Calls to the number on this site are routed through a lead generation network and may be recorded for quality and lead verification, as stated near the call buttons on this site. By calling, you consent to that routing and recording.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, not to submit false requests, not to attempt to disrupt or scrape the site in bulk, and not to misrepresent your identity when contacting providers through it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, this site and its operators are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing or workmanship of any independent provider, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or a provider's services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
